Track 6: Education, Simulation, and Mentorship
Targeting educators and academic leaders, this track explores the future of nursing education. It emphasizes the use of high-fidelity simulation to bridge the theory-practice gap, discusses the integration of climate change and social justice into curricula, and defines the distinct roles of mentors, preceptors, and coaches in supporting professional development.
