Track 7: Mental Health, Well-being, Workplace Safety
This track prioritizes the "care of the caregiver," addressing the critical issues of burnout, moral injury, and workplace incivility. Sessions offer strategies for building psychological resilience, managing the "second victim" phenomenon, and creating safer work environments to improve retention and mental well-being.
